  • Orders placed before 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. are eligible for same-day delivery (International City Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman). For other orders, see next-day delivery Information.
  • Delivery 3-7 Days a Week including public holidays.
  • We ship your order the same day or the next day. Delivery Information: Emergency or severe weather conditions may the shipment.
    • Free delivery information for orders over AED 400. If an order is less than AED 400 delivery cost AED 25
    • Customers can choose standard or expedited delivery. Depending on the service, additional fees will be noted at the checkout.
    • The company does not ship “signature required”. Customers are responsible for having someone available to receive items when shipped.
    • Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Dubai Delivery Same Day

  • Any order placed before 11 pm will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after midnight will be delivered in the morning from 10 am.
  • AED 25 delivery Fee for all orders above AED 100.
  • AED 25 delivery fee for all orders below AED 100.
  • The average delivery information time is 120 minutes subject to Stock availability and traffic conditions on the road.

Same-Day Sharjah Delivery

  • Any order placed before 5 pm will be delivered the same day.
  • Al Zubair, Al Sajaah, Al Rafea, Al Hawyah, Al Batayih, and Bin Rasheed areas are not eligible for the Same-Day Delivery.

Next-Day Delivery Abu Dhabi

  • AED 25 delivery fee for all orders below AED 350.
  • Next-day delivery does not apply to Western Regions of Abu Dhabi.
  • Delivery for Al Ain will be Bi-weekly scheduled for western Region Are.
  • Other Emirates (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah).

Free Delivery For All Orders Above AED 400

  • Any order placed before 2 pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Delivery will be done per 3rd party courier schedule (9 am to 10 pm).
  • The Courier will send a notification once the order is out for delivery.
